Seriously...am I wasting my time or what? It's time for a readership census. Let's see a comment if you read this. If not, I'll focus on my burgeoning D&D scenario empire.
It looks like there's some research going into WoW. It turns out there are some indications that the online avatars can influence the way you play. Alternatively, there is research that says avatar selection follows natural beauty patterns...(humans and elves get more selections.) I hope they dig deeper with this...personally, I always found it easier to play a female avatar for the following reasons:
1. Most gamers are teenage or 20's males. What better way to elicit help than to play the damsel in distress? "I just can't seem to beat this boss. :( Can you help?"
2. If I'm going to look at the backside of an avatar for many hours, I prefer a voluptuous vectored vixen over a rough rasterized ranger anyday.
3. These games usually never involve sex, so the chances that have to watch my girly puppet get gangbanged by horny barbarians is pretty slim.
4. Also...girls rule. It said so on a t-shirt, so you know it's true.

Some people have no sense of humor. I'll give you the basic story on this... The dark brown couch label...that's right LABEL...says "nigger brown." I'm not a fan of the word, as I know many aren't, but this was a mistake in translation, not a racial problem. Believe me, I've been called several forms of "gook" while in Korea. It's nothing personal. This lady filed a complaint with the Human Rights Commission. Of course, she wants an apology for "all people of color." Keep in mind, this was a couch made in China and sold by Indians in Toronto. I'm pretty sure there were only "people of color" involved. So, in the interest of moving this along, can someone get me her e-mail address. As a person of color (or many colors to be specific) I'd like to give her an apology and tell her where she can stick it. There are so much bigger fish to fry and some of them aren't Chinese people with bad translation software.

It hasn't been summer since 1970-something according to this. I think that might be part of your problem. Somebody put this guy in a movie before it gets like that "All Summer in a Day" story.
My fish died tonight. It took a while to figure it out too. He was always swimming upside-down and stopping in the water. This time, he didn't recover and swim away. I'm not sure whether I should get a new one or if I should go for a beetle or something else cool like that. Oh well... So long Moby, you were a good trick fish.
...and yeah I really do think.
